Mindy Raf is a writer, comedienne, and musician out of Brooklyn, New York. She's worked as a regular on VH1's Best Night Ever, a comedy writer and voice-over artist for WABC radio, an author of a widely-read relationship column on College Humor.com that has been featured in The New Yorker and the New York Post, and is currently finishing up her first novel which is set to be published by Dial Books for Young Readers, a division of Penguin. Mindy was nominated for a 2009 ECNY Award for best musical comedy act as her popular alter-ego Leibya Rogers. She teamed up with Kickstarter.com--and her fan base-- to raise over $3000 to fund a full-length music comedy record LeibyaFair Live! which was recorded at Arlene's Grocery. LeibyaFair Live! was praised by Bust Magazine as being "hilarious" and "thought provoking" and will be released on vinyl in the spring of 2011. Mindy was recently invited to perform as Leibya Rogers at Boston's Women In Comedy Festival and the 2011 Bridgetown Comedy Festival.
